How to Check and Access Your NSS PIN Code for the 2026/2027 National Service Registration
The National Service Authority has released PIN codes for trained teachers to enable them begin registration for the 2026/2027 National Service year.
All eligible graduates from the accredited Colleges of Education are required to access their Personal Identification Number (PIN) and complete the online enrollment process within the stipulated period.
How to Check Your NSS PIN Code
Prospective national service personnel can access their PIN codes by following these simple steps:
- Visit the official National Service Authority website. https://posting.gnsa.gov.gh/home
- Click on the NSS Portal section.
- Enter your Student ID number.
- Enter your date of birth in the required format.
- Click Search or Submit to retrieve your PIN code and Serial Number.
After successfully retrieving the PIN and Serial Number, candidates can proceed with the online national service registration process.
Registration Fee
Applicants are required to pay a registration fee of GH₵82.00 through Mobile Money across all networks before they can access the enrollment platform.
Registration Period
The enrollment exercise has already begun and prospective personnel are expected to complete their registration within the approved registration window to avoid missing the opportunity to serve.
Who Must Register
All trained teachers who have completed their programmes in the accredited Colleges of Education in Ghana are expected to enroll for national service as part of their national obligation.
