A rare albino buffalo nicknamed after Donald Trump has become a viral sensation in Bangladesh because of its unusual flowing golden hair.
The 1,500-pound bull, famous for its blond comb-over hairstyle, has attracted crowds of curious visitors to a farm in Narayanganj near Dhaka.
Its owner, 38-year-old Zia Uddin Mridha, said the buffalo got the nickname “Donald Trump” from his brother because of its “extraordinary hair,” which many believe resembles the former US president’s signature hairstyle.
Throughout May, people reportedly traveled long distances just to see the rare animal in person.
One visitor who arrived with family members said:
“Truly, the features are similar between the buffalo and President Donald Trump. My nephew took a one-hour boat journey to see Donald Trump.”
Despite becoming a local celebrity, the buffalo is expected to be sacrificed during the upcoming Eid al-Adha celebrations.
