The Ghana Education Service (GES), Abuakwa North Municipal Directorate, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional for the position of Head of Human Resource Management and Development Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Professional Teacher with expertise in Human Resource Management to take up a leadership role in managing personnel and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies within the municipality.

Qualifications & Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be a Graduate Professional Teacher
Must possess a first or second degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Must be computer literate
Must hold at least the rank of Deputy Director
Must be below 55 years of age
Additional Requirements:
✔ Must have a proven record of trustworthiness
✔ Must maintain strict confidentiality at all times
✔ Must have a satisfactory work history and good conduct within the GES
