Accept both handwritten and electronically prepared lesson notes in both printed and email forms-GES




 LESSON NOTES PREPARATION FOR TEACHERS IN THE GHANA EDUCATION SERVICE


Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has become aware of some misunderstanding between heads and their teachers in some schools in respect of lesson notes preparations. 


Regional Directors are to bring to the attention of District/Municipal/Metropolitan Directors of Education to ensure that all heads of schools (Basic and Second Cycle) accept both handwritten and electronically prepared lesson notes in both printed and email forms.


The release provided by the Ghana Education Service (GES) aims to clarify some misunderstandings regarding lesson notes preparation for teachers in the Ghana Education Service. The release highlights that heads of schools (both basic and secondary cycle) should accept both handwritten and electronically prepared lesson notes in both printed and email forms

Regional Directors are expected to inform their District/Municipal/Metropolitan Directors of Education about this directive. This move is aimed at addressing some confusion that has arisen between heads and teachers regarding the mode of presentation of lesson notes.
