“We Will Open the Portal This Month for Teacher Recruitment” – Minister to NUGS President

The Minister of Education has assured the National Union of GhanaStudent  (NUGS) that the online portal for teacher recruitment will be opened this month.

According to the Minister, this initiative is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to address the backlog of trained teachers waiting for employment across the country.

Portal Opening for Recruitment

The Minister explained that the portal will allow qualified teacher trainees and graduates to register and apply for teaching positions within the Ghana Education Service (GES). This step aims to streamline the recruitment process and ensure transparency in the selection of candidates.
