My son comes home every holiday but his school says he died 2 years ago” – Mum cries out

A mother has shared a disturbing story after visiting her son’s boarding school, only to be told that he had died two years ago and was no longer a student there.

According to her, she went to the school to make enquiries about her son Obadiah, expecting a normal conversation with staff. Instead, she was told something that left her completely shocked; the school claimed Obadiah had died in 2024.

CONFUSION: “MY SON HAS BEEN VISITING HOME

The mother immediately rejected the claim. She insisted that her son had been coming home every holiday during the past two years.

She said he always looked healthy, energetic, and showed no signs of illness or distress. Because of this, she questioned the teachers and asked why the school never informed her if her son had actually died.

Unable to make sense of what she had just heard, she left the school confused and angry.

THE PHONE CALL THAT MADE THINGS STRANGER

After leaving the campus, she decided to call Obadiah directly.

To her surprise, he answered the phone, which immediately relieved her. But when she told him that the school claimed he had died two years ago, he suddenly ended the call.

She tried calling him again, but he refused to answer.

BLOCKED EVERYWHERE

When she got home, she attempted to message him and even planned to send him a picture of the document the principal had shown her.

But something strange happened.

His profile picture disappeared and her message showed only one tick, meaning it had not been delivered. She later realised that her son had blocked her on all messaging platforms.

That moment left her devastated and confused.

A YOUNGER BROTHER’S TERRIFYING QUESTION

Her younger son, Obed, overheard the conversation and began crying.

He asked a chilling question: if Obadiah was truly dead, who was the person that had been sleeping in their room during the last holiday?

According to him, they had played games together and even eaten from the same plate.

The mother said she had no answer.

RETURNING TO THE SCHOOL FOR ANSWERS

Unable to stay at home with the uncertainty, she drove back to the school and demanded a clear explanation from the principal.

She insisted that if the school truly believed her son had died, they should show her his grave or proof of burial.

The principal then called a teacher who previously handled Obadiah’s class to explain the situation.

The School’s Explanation

The teacher, identified as Mr. Benson, said the incident happened during a mid-term break two years ago.

According to him, Obadiah was travelling in a car that was involved in a terrible accident. The vehicle reportedly plunged into a deep river and was never recovered.

Search teams and divers tried to locate the vehicle and passengers, but no bodies were ever found.

Because of this, the school believed he had died in the accident.

A Suspicious Result Sheet

The mother refused to accept the explanation and presented a result sheet that Obadiah had personally given her during the last holiday.

But the principal noticed something unusual.

The school logo looked slightly different, and the signature on the document belonged to a teacher who had not worked at the school for five years.

THE MYSTERY REMAINS

That discovery only deepened the mystery.

If the school is telling the truth and Obadiah died two years ago, then who has been visiting the family every holiday, bringing school results and living in their house?

And why did he suddenly block his mother the moment she mentioned the school’s claim?

For now, the mother says she is left with unanswered questions and a frightening mystery that she still cannot explain.
