Required Qualifications and Experience
GES is seeking competent professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a professional teacher with a minimum rank of Assistant Director II (as of 2022 or earlier)
- Must have served as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher at the basic school level
- Should have at least four (4) years remaining before retirement
- Must hold a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years post-qualification teaching experience
- Should demonstrate a strong record of professional conduct within GES
- Must possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Must be computer literate
