Level 400 students in Colleges of Education for the 2023/2024 academic year will be refunded their feeding grants for both the first and second semesters.
1st Semester Refund – ¢870.00
This amount is based on what the government paid for feeding during the semester. Here's how it was calculated:
1st Payment: 2 months × 30 days × ¢6.50 = ¢390.00
2nd Payment: 2 months × 30 days × ¢8.00 = ¢480.00
Total Refund: ¢390.00 + ¢480.00 = ¢870.00
2nd Semester Refund – ¢784.00
The refund for the second semester is based on 14 weeks of feeding at ¢8.00 per day.
Calculation: 14 weeks × 7 days/week × ¢8.00 = ¢784.00
Important Notes:
Principals are to credit the refund amount to each eligible student’s account.
No cash refunds should be made until the student clears any remaining school bills like congregation fees, transcript charges, etc.
This refund is to support Level 400 students, who are currently doing their national service. Each student is to receive ¢870.00 for the first semester and ¢784.00 for the second semester.
