Suspected armed robber killed by mob at Adum

 

A suspected armed robber was lynched by an angry mob at Adum, in Kumasi’s Central Business District, following a robbery incident.

Eyewitnesses say the suspect and two others attacked a victim with a knife, robbing him of his phone and other personal belongings.

While his accomplices managed to flee with the stolen items, he was captured by the mob and beaten to death on the spot.

Police officers from the Railway Police Station later arrived at the scene, retrieved the body, and transported it to the morgue.
